Arthur's Cave, Isle of Anglesey, Wales

Associated specifically with the half legendary King Arthur, is Arthur's Cave on the Isle of Anglesey. The king was said to have taken shelter during his battles with Irish raiders. It is said that his treasures could have been hidden in an ancient cromlech which once stood there, guarded by supernatural creatures. Many places in Britian, especially Wales carry the name Arthur's Cave.
