Sennen
King Arthur |
Sennen, the westernmost village in Cornwall and England has a tradition that King Arthur, leading the armies of seven Cornish Chieftains, routed an invading Danish force here. To celebrate the victory, Arthur's army held a banquet on a nearby large rock, now known as the ‘Table Men'; this rock lies a quarter-mile north of the 13th century Old Sennen Church
